Return Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Returns must be sent via overnight or priority international delivery, fully insured, with shipping costs covered by the customer. For credit card payments, a 10% restocking fee will apply to any returns or cancellations to cover processing fees. Watches must be returned in the same condition as initially shipped. Please note, all watch trades, which we gladly welcome, are final unless the watch is grossly misdescribed or misrepresented.

Warranty

Every Century Reserve timepiece comes with a two-year mechanical warranty starting from the date of delivery. We ensure all watches are in wonderful working condition and are ready for daily wear. Many have been fully serviced by our team of watchmakers. Please note: Due to the vintage or antique nature of many of our watches, they may not keep time as accurately as when new, nor as precisely as quartz or electronic devices.We do not guarantee water resistance and do not warranty against moisture or water damage. Deliberate exposure to water or steam is not recommended. Warranty does not cover internal or external damage caused by accidents, mishandling, abuse, modifications, or services performed by anyone other than our authorized personnel. Our warranty is non-transferable.

New Watches/Authorized Dealer Watches

New watches sold by Century Reserve as an authorized dealer are not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges are allowed only for another watch of equal or greater value and must be approved by Century Reserve. Refunds, partial refunds, and returns are not permitted

Order Cancellations

If you cancel before the item ships, a 3 percent cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover credit card fees.Orders refused at delivery will be subject to all applicable fees, including restocking and cancellation charges.

WARRANTIES AND SERVICE

Warranties

Century Reserve is committed to providing industry-leading pre-owned timepieces without compromise. Therefore, each watch purchased that was serviced through Century Reserve is covered by either an OEM warranty or by the Century Reserve 2-Year Limited Warranty, unless otherwise described herein.* (Certain exclusions apply, including vintage watches)

Century Reserve 2-Year Warranty

If a problem arises with a warrantied product as a result of Centruy Reserve work or parts provided by its technicians, and within the one-year (2 year) period following initial Century Reserve services, CR will repair or replace any damaged parts and/or correct the repair execution at its sole discretion. Following a repair, the watch will be covered by the CR two-year (2) service warranty from the date of the timepiece’s documented in-person retrieval by the owner or shipment from offices of CR. Restrictions and Conditions: What Is Not Covered Conditions apply to the Century Reserve two-year (2) limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that Century Reserve did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepiece’s intended use. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, the opening of a product, or the addition of parts other than a strap or bracelet components will void the Century Reserve two-year (2) limited warranty on pre-owned watches. At its sole discretion, Century Reserve will determine its warranty's applicability to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged. CR warranties do not cover vintage watches. Due to the nature of vintage pieces, parts are not always available and cannot always be repaired.The antique dealers of the world tend to agree that for something to be vintage, it needs to be 20 years old or older, though if it surpasses 100 years old, it becomes an antique.

Pre-Owned Watches Under Remaining OEM Warranty

In the event that the remaining OEM warranty on a purchased timepiece falls short of a one-year minimum warranty period as measured from the Date of Purchase, Century Reserve assumes responsibility as the warranty provider for the period commencing at the conclusion of the OEM warranty and ending with the elapse of one year from the Date of Purchase.When a warranty claim is recorded against a timepiece for which the remaining OEM warranty is in effect, Century Reserve submits warranty claims to OEM authorities for evaluation and acceptance or rejection of such claims. The warranty terms and conditions, in the event of such claims, are those enumerated in the warranty terms and conditions for each applicable OEM. Watches returning from OEM service will be warranted under the terms and conditions of the OEM’s service warranty; the OEM service warranty then supersedes any expressed terms, conditions, and duration of our pre-owned warranty coverage.In the event that a timepiece returns from OEM service and a component fails (e.g., a bracelet clasp fails following an OEM caliber adjustment) both outside the scope of the OEM service warranty and inside the span of the Century Reserve two-year (2) pre-owned warranty, Belmont Watches may repair or replace this component at its sole discretion.
